Every trip starts the same way, whether it is a single airport pickup or transport for a wedding with several pickup points. 1. ### Tell us about the trip Call us, or send the details through the contact form: the date, the pickup point, where you are going, how many people are travelling and roughly how much luggage you have. Mention whether you need a return trip. 2. ### We go over it with you We check the details with you, ask about anything that affects the vehicle or the timing, and give you the price for the trip as you described it. 3. ### We confirm the arrangement Once you agree, we confirm the pickup time, the place and the vehicle. Sending the form is a request; the trip is set when we have confirmed it with you. 4. ### On the day Your driver collects you at the agreed time and place. If something changes before then, such as a new flight time or an extra passenger, call us so we can adjust the plan. Getting around Jamaica ## What should you tell us for each kind of trip? The more we know at the start, the sooner we can give you a clear answer. A few details matter more for some trips than others. For an airport or cruise port transfer, send your arrival or departure date, the flight number or ship name and the time, the address you are going to or coming from, the number of passengers and the number of bags. If you are travelling with young children, say so and give their ages. For school transportation, tell us the school, your child's pickup and drop-off points, the days and times, and who will receive your child at the end of each trip. For a school trip or a team fixture, send the date, the destination, the number of students and adults, and the time you need to be back. For a charter or an event, an outline of the day helps most: where the group gathers, each stop, how long you will stay at each one and when everyone needs to be home. For an event, add the venue, the number of guests and where they will be picked up. For a car rental, give the dates, where you would like to collect and return the vehicle, and what you need it for, so we can tell you what is available. We arrange transport island-wide, as each trip needs it. A pickup in one parish and a drop-off at the other end of the island is a normal request, and so is a short run across town. Tell us both ends of the trip and we will tell you how we can cover it. Our office hours are 6 AM to 10 PM, every day. That is when you can reach us to arrange or change a trip.
