The information on this website is general guidance about our transport services and about getting around Jamaica. This page explains how to use it.

## Your trip details come from your confirmation

The website describes the kinds of transport we arrange. The details of your own trip, including the time, the pickup point, the vehicle and the price, are the ones we confirm with you when we arrange it. A trip request sent through the website is not a booking until we have confirmed it with you, as the [terms and conditions](https://djarpstransportsolutions.com/terms-and-conditions/) explain.

## Travel information changes

Our travel guides and pages include information published by others, such as opening hours and prices of attractions, airport arrangements, driving rules and drive-time estimates. We give the source and the date where we can, but this information can change after we publish it. Check it with the source before you rely on it, especially opening hours, prices and rules.

Drive times on this website are estimates. Traffic, roadworks, weather and the exact address all change how long a trip takes.

## Rules and laws

Where a page describes a Jamaican law or rule, such as licensing for passenger vehicles or the rules for driving with a foreign licence, it gives a general summary and names the authority responsible. It is not legal advice. For a decision that depends on the rule, check with the authority named.
