# Accessibility statement

D-JARPS Transport Solutions wants this website to be easy to read and use on a phone, a laptop or with assistive technology. This page sets out the standard we work toward and how to tell us about a problem.

## The standard we work toward

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The site works toward it with large, readable text, colour contrast checked in both the light and dark themes, a skip link and page landmarks, one main heading on each page, link text that says where it goes, labelled form fields, and keyboard access to the menu, the question lists and the trip request form. The theme follows your device setting, and you can change it with the button in the header.

## Arranging a trip without the website

You never need the website to arrange transport. You can call us on [+1 (658) 202-4240](tel:+16582024240) between 6 AM and 10 PM every day and arrange any trip by phone.

If anyone travelling needs extra help getting in and out of a vehicle, or travels with mobility equipment, tell us when you arrange the trip so we can tell you whether our vehicles suit the trip and plan it with you.

## Areas outside our direct control

Some pages link to other websites, such as government and attraction pages, and those sites may not meet the same standard. The site is not yet confirmed as meeting every WCAG criterion on every page, and we keep working on it.

## Tell us about a barrier

If something on this website is hard to read, reach or use, tell us by phone or through the [contact page](https://djarpstransportsolutions.com/contact/). Name the page, what you were trying to do, what got in the way and the device or assistive technology you use. We read every report, reply to you, and fix what we can. If you need information from a page in another form, ask and we will give it to you another way.
